At the same time, they must comprehensively evaluate according to the tolerance range and customer requirements when analyzing.

After the fabric is stored in the warehouse, the fabric administrator randomly cuts the batch of cylinder difference samples and sends it to the color administrator to confirm the color. The light source of the color light box is selected according to customer requirements. For color matching, confirm with more than two light sources. Under the first light source, the color is strictly matched, and under the second light source, it is confirmed whether the color rendering is within the required range. The allowable range for color rendering is the same as the color sample.

 In terms of fabric color management, the standards for the allowable range of color difference and density difference are shown below. The allowable range of the color difference and density difference from the reference color is indicated by the range of the color-changing gray card.

 Color management method

a At least one or more color matching is performed for each batch of raw materials.

b. Perform color matching once or more for all the cylinder difference samples of each batch of incoming materials.

dThe color management must be carried out under the light source of the color light box specified by the customer. After strict color matching under the first light source, you must also confirm that the color rendering is within the reference range under the second light source.
